University of Kassel is a university founded in 1971 located in Kassel, Hesse, in Germany. As of October 2018 it had about 25,300 students and about 3,500 staff, including 298 full-professors.

The Institute of Institute of Management and Business Studies (IBWL) is renowned for its leadership in Information, Innovation and Management (IIM) studies, supply chain and sustainability management. With extensive collaboration networks, local government support and editorial capacity, the institute will be contributing its research and dissemination expertise to the project.
